A roster people actually answer
Schedule volunteers by position. They confirm or decline from their phone, block out the dates they are away, and you see it straight away. Make all your changes, then send one update, not forty messages.

Build the run sheet block by block: songs, keys, who is leading, and how long each part runs. The whole team sees the same plan, and it updates when you change it.

Your kids team checks children in from their phones. At pickup the parent shows the family's pickup code, and the team sees who the code belongs to, with their photos. Allergies entered for a child show on their check-in card, and each check-in and pickup is recorded.

Each adult keeps their own account. Invite the other adults in your home, add your children, and keep your family's name and address up to date yourselves. Add photos on the website so the kids team knows who is who.

Servant's Heart is built by a small team who serve at their own churches. We built it because the roster kept living in a spreadsheet and the plan kept living in a group text.
Questions
Common questions
Do my volunteers need to pay?
No. The church pays one price and every volunteer is included. It is $75 a month for churches up to 1,000 people.
Do volunteers have to download the app?
No. You can roster people who have not joined yet. When they do join, they can confirm from their phone.
What counts toward the people limit?
Everyone your church has added: members who use the app, people on your people list who have no account, names typed onto a roster for someone without an account, and invitations still waiting to be accepted (until they expire). Someone on your people list and also typed onto a roster by name counts once for each. People marked as a child with a date of birth under 18 do not count, and neither do archived people.
Can we use it for more than Sunday services?
Yes. Any service, rehearsal or event on any day.
How do we get started?
Send us five details about your church and we set it up, usually the same week. Then your team joins with a QR code.
